Roman Way
Originally a single story 2 bed, 1 reception bungalow. This house was de-roofed and extended to create this 4 bed, 3 reception house.
Park Square
This 1864 Snowdonia property was completely stripped out back to stone and sympathetically restored and modernised with a new floor plan. It is now re-wired, re-plumbed and benefits from modern insulation and heating. TY DA have installed traditional slate and oak and exposed the original feature fireplaces and staircase. It is now the home of a local young couple.
Future Projects
TY DA is currently up-scaling and working on various projects. As an example, this project has passed planning. It consists of one shop, two 1 bed apartments and two 2 bed houses formed from by converting an existing high street commercial development.
